"Purchased: Collation Sleeve -
Having purchased Retran® sleeves from Bell Packaging for many years we decided to move our production of a special design of sleeve from China to Bell India.
The specification of the material is very important and too thin to be converted in the UK, but this was developed and sampled from India without issue.
We have since ordered 2 batches which have been of an excellent quality and packed to meet our particular requirements.

When faced with a new requirement for 1 million moulded components we worked with our existing supplier Bell Packaging who used their Indian injection moulding facility to design the product, produce the tooling and manufacture the components which were shipped within 12 weeks of the initial brief.
Quality control was maintained throughout the production and the shipping time of 5 weeks meant the project was delivered ahead of time and is now being used throughout Europe.
With prices below those from China we see this as an excellent route to market and other designs of injection moulded component are now being considered.
